Front-end Systems Developer

• Lead the full lifecycle of web system development, deployment, and monitoring, ensuring high performance and scalability
• Evaluate functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business needs and user stories into robust, clean technical solutions
• Ensure code quality through Clean Code, SOLID principles, automated testing, and code reviews
• Enhance and maintain existing software, identifying technical bottlenecks and proposing refactoring initiatives
• Proactively resolve complex problems
• Conduct impact analyses, evaluating pros and cons
• Propose effective architectures

• Advanced proficiency in Next.js, including App Router, SSR, Server Actions, and Middleware
• Experience creating reusable components, applying the Compound Components pattern, and working with Storybook
• Experience with modular environments using pnpm Workspaces and Turborepo
• Experience writing unit tests with Vitest, with a focus on code coverage
• Practical application of Clean Code principles
• Knowledge of Git, GitFlow, Merge Requests/Pull Requests, and Conventional Commits using Commitlint/Husky
• Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence
• Ability to interpret and extract tokens and layouts from Figma
• Previous experience in the financial services or Internet Banking sector is a plus
• Knowledge of web security, including CSP headers, security tokens/modules, and RSA/AES encryption, is a plus
• Familiarity with VS Code, Node.js v20+, pnpm, Postman, Insomnia, Figma, Storybook, Jira, and Confluence
