Senior Software Developer – Full-Stack

• Implement features end to end for products built with Vue 3, NestJS, and MongoDB
• Independently design and implement product components in close collaboration with clients from public administration
• Define requirements to support the design of architectures and data models
• Create MVPs and prototypes for client presentations
• Develop, document, and monitor compliance with standards for the growing codebase
• Assume technical responsibility for a specific area of the product portfolio
• Actively contribute ideas to the product’s continued development

• Product-minded full-stack engineer capable of implementing features end to end
• Willingness to take genuine ownership of work results
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Excellent knowledge of Vue 3
• Experience with MongoDB and NestJS
• Knowledge of Figma, software testing, software architecture, GitHub Actions, DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, or public administration processes is a plus
• Several years of experience in software development
• Strong intrinsic motivation to contribute to the digitalization of public administration
• Relevant degree or vocational qualification with a strong track record, or several years of professional experience
• Career changers are welcome, provided they can demonstrate strong intrinsic motivation and several years of experience as software developers
• Willingness to accept a permanent, full-time position; applications from freelancers or agencies will not be considered
