Talent Acquisition Partner

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle
• Track candidates and hiring activity in Ashby ATS
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Support, Engineering, and G&A teams to source, screen, and hire talent for US openings
• Work with hiring managers at all levels to define hiring needs, duties, qualifications, and skills
• Build sourcing strategies for each role, focusing on passive candidates
• Screen and interview candidates and refer the strongest candidates to hiring managers
• Partner with hiring managers on offers, including compensation recommendations, approvals, and candidate closing
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned

• At least four years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS), ideally Ashby
• Experience recruiting for US roles, ideally while working from APAC or EMEA
• Comfortable working US hours and partnering with US hiring managers
• Ability to source passive candidates using creative strategies, tools, and channels
• Ability to use AI tools to source candidates, screen candidates, and write outreach
• Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple searches
• Flexibility when priorities change
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Initiative to take on unassigned work
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Must pass a background check
