Sales Development Manager

• Identify and research suitable target customers in the DACH region
• Build a relevant network through LinkedIn
• Generate new contacts through social selling and targeted, GDPR-compliant outreach
• Conduct introductory calls, discovery calls, and product demos for weclapp and its plugins
• Qualify leads accurately and hand them over to the executive team
• Prepare proposals, sales materials, and briefing documents
• Maintain the sales pipeline and CRM
• Follow up with and nurture leads
• Produce reliable forecasts
• Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, content, and lead generation
• Share market feedback with the product team and executive management

• Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in pre-sales, sales development, business development, or inside sales
• Ideally, experience in the IT, SaaS, or e-commerce sectors
• Initial knowledge of weclapp and the ability to present the software credibly
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, including shop processes, ordering, warehousing/shipping, and commonly used tools
• Demonstrable hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales/Social Selling and modern, GDPR-compliant prospecting methods
• Excellent communication skills, along with a structured, self-directed, and remote-ready working style
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Residence and employment in Austria or Germany
• Specific, demonstrable experience with the Swiss market (nice to have)
• Knowledge of ERP processes, including Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, and master data (nice to have)
• Experience with CRM tools, marketing automation, and content creation (nice to have)
• Knowledge of the e-commerce stack, including Shopify, marketplaces, and carriers such as DPD, Sendcloud, and Shipcloud (nice to have)
• Experience with automation (n8n) or AI-supported sales/marketing (nice to have)

• Fully remote in Germany/Austria – no on-site presence required
• Part-time or full-time – 30 to 38.5 hours per week
• Clear division of responsibilities and support from an established marketing team
