Product Manager

• Lead and support cross-functional agile teams in delivering technology solutions
• Help the team overcome obstacles and remain focused on priorities and commitments
• Keep stakeholders informed about project progress
• Foster alignment between Engineering and Product when defining and evolving the roadmap
• Anticipate risks, monitor preventive actions, and coordinate mitigation plans
• Encourage continuous improvement based on data, learnings, and retrospectives
• Track technical deliveries and escalate issues to leadership when necessary
• Contribute to the development of high-quality solutions

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification
• 3–4 years of experience in Product Management
• Experience with data analysis and metrics
• Ability to understand technical matters at a general level
• Proven experience with agile projects
• Self-directed and able to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines
• Strong focus on agility and quality
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban
• Ability to deliver incrementally through phased releases and continuous improvement
