Senior QA Automation Engineer, AI-Focused

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases for web, API, and backend services
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure test coverage and high-quality releases
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor test execution results
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior QA engineers
• Investigate and report bugs with detailed reproduction steps and logs
• Maintain test data, environments, and tools
• Contribute to quality culture and improve testing processes
• Use AI-powered development and testing tools to accelerate QA processes
• Apply AI-assisted test generation, debugging, and defect analysis
• Evaluate and implement AI-driven QA solutions
• Use GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar AI platforms in daily workflows
• Collaborate on AI-assisted SDLC initiatives

• 6+ years of professional experience in QA automation
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
• Experience with Cypress or Playwright
• Experience testing RESTful APIs using Postman, REST Assured, or Insomnia
• Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Deep understanding of software testing principles, test design techniques, and QA methodologies
• Knowledge of Git
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
