Online Lecturer – SAP FI/CO

• Plan and deliver remote instruction in the FI and/or CO disciplines
• Communicate complex learning objectives through clear, practical learning units
• Enrich lessons with examples from your own IT experience
• Foster collaboration and self-organization within learning groups
• Support learners through conflict and feedback management
• Develop targeted initiatives for participants who need additional support
• Work closely with the Student Success Team
• Create practical learning materials in collaboration with the Product Team
• Take responsibility for the subject-matter and instructional quality of the course
• Support participants through completion and help them transition into the job market

• SAP certification in FI (Finance) and/or CO (Controlling)
• At least 2 years of SAP project experience in the relevant area
• Fluent German at a minimum C1 level
• Ability to teach SAP at the end-user level and, progressively, at the consultant level
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Ability to explain complex topics logically and clearly
• Interest in online teaching, e-learning, and web-based learning programs
• Ideally, experience with S/4HANA, implementation, and customization
• Advantageous: Participation in a Train the Trainer program (PTWTTT)
• Advantageous: Experience with EWM
