Spanish Translator – eCommerce Marketing

• Interpret written pieces from English to Colombian Spanish
• Maintain the original meaning, format, and tone of source materials
• Read and thoroughly understand the context of copy
• Use specialized dictionaries and translation tools
• Proofread finished pieces of work
• Research and brainstorm as part of the translation process

• Native Colombian Spanish Speaker
• Availability of at least 5-10 hours a week
• Proven work experience as a Translator, Interpreter, or in a similar role is a must
• Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
• Good knowledge of content editing tools
• Familiarity with translation software
• Time-management skills
• Fluent in English in addition to native language

• For the first 6 months, payment per hour
• 10% increment in your first year working with us
• Time spent researching, brainstorming, and proofreading is included in paid time
