Senior Growth Analyst

• Track conversion and monetization metrics for the assigned brand
• Identify growth opportunities and structure UX, pricing, and product initiatives
• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and other experiments
• Monitor performance metrics and generate insights to support decision-making
• Diagnose changes in funnel behavior and propose improvements
• Prioritize and manage the backlog for the dedicated technical squad
• Ensure clear context and direction for the execution of initiatives
• Track initiative implementation and remove roadblocks
• Coordinate with different teams to enable successful delivery and results
• Present status updates, learnings, and results to leadership
• Support the planning of medium- and long-term strategic initiatives
• Foster a data-driven culture of continuous improvement

• Experience in Growth, Product, Data, or related fields
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
• Experience analyzing and interpreting data
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar tools
• Experience managing backlogs and prioritizing requests
• Structured communication skills, with a high degree of autonomy and ownership
• Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) — preferred, but not required
• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing methodologies — preferred, but not required
• Experience with digital products or marketplaces — preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of growth and monetization metrics — preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with analytics tools — preferred, but not required
• Experience working in cross-functional squads — preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of UX and user behavior — preferred, but not required
• Experience in data- and performance-driven environments — preferred, but not required
