Benefits Analyst, Mid-Level

• Responsible for administering, controlling, and operationalizing corporate benefits.
• Ensure employee support, compliance with internal policies, collective bargaining agreements, and supplier contracts.
• Propose continuous improvements to benefits management processes.
• Administer medical and dental plans, life insurance, meal and food allowances, transportation allowances, private pension plans, childcare assistance, and other corporate benefits.
• Process enrollments, terminations, changes, and employee data updates with suppliers.
• Review and validate invoices, expenses, cost allocations, discrepancies, and supplier payments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefit rules, usage, and eligibility.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor legislation, social security regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
• Prepare metrics, controls, and management reports on benefits utilization, costs, and performance.
• Lead contract renewals, monitor SLAs, and participate in supplier negotiations.
• Support benefit review, implementation, and enhancement projects.
• Conduct periodic audits of processes and records.
• Collaborate with Human Resources, Payroll and Personnel Administration, Finance, and external suppliers.
• Participate in communication campaigns and engagement initiatives related to benefits and quality of life.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience administering corporate benefits.
• Knowledge of labor and social security legislation as it applies to benefits.
• Experience managing suppliers and analyzing invoices.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills and experience preparing management reports.
• Experience with HR systems and benefits platforms.
