Senior Consultant, SAP SF – CPI

• Own end-to-end module delivery and ensure project quality and timely delivery
• Manage full lifecycle of SuccessFactors implementations from initiation through go-live and support
• Lead module-specific client workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities
• Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations
• Provide guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization
• Serve as primary consultant for senior client stakeholders
• Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations
• Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams
• Mentor team members and support HRIS certification journeys
• Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback
• Own integration validation, troubleshooting, QA cycles, project reporting, and stakeholder transparency

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution
• 4-7 years of HRIS experience; led at least 3 end-to-end implementations
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated people management and team development capability
• SuccessFactors Certification (required)
