Software Engineer, Clipper, PL/SQL, C#, Delphi

• Develop and maintain applications using Clipper and PL/SQL, ensuring code efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Analyze existing systems and propose performance and usability improvements and optimizations
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from conception through implementation and support
• Produce technical documentation for developed processes and systems
• Mentor less experienced developers and promote knowledge sharing and best practices

• Strong experience in Clipper and PL/SQL development
• Knowledge of C# and Delphi is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with different areas of the organization
• Ability to solve problems independently and proactively
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
