Senior Business Consultant – Enterprise Architecture Management, New Business Development, Team Management

• Advise clients on Enterprise Architecture Management
• Conduct comprehensive analyses of enterprise architecture and identify opportunities for optimization
• Support and implement strategic enterprise architecture plans
• Advise on the selection and implementation of modern architecture tools and technologies
• Identify new business opportunities and prospective clients
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to acquire new clients
• Conduct needs analyses and develop tailored solution approaches
• Lead and independently prepare proposals and tender responses (RfI, RfP)
• Handle public tenders, including procurement documents, bidder questions, proof of eligibility, and specifications of services
• Calculate project budgets, effort estimates, and pricing matrices
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, pitches, and negotiations
• Lead EAM consulting projects from conception through implementation
• Coordinate and manage consulting teams
• Monitor project objectives, budgets, and schedules, and provide regular reports to senior management
• Develop and maintain existing client relationships
• Identify opportunities to expand the range of services
• Ensure client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues

• At least 3 years of proven consulting experience in Enterprise Architecture or comparable areas of corporate management and governance
• Experience independently preparing proposals for consulting services
• Ideally, practical experience with public-sector tenders and formal procurement procedures
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling proposal documents and client pitches
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or a comparable qualification
• German language skills at C1 level or higher (certified and fluent)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience with EAM frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, and BIZBOK
• Experience with EAM tools such as HOPEX, LeanIX, BizzDesign, planningIT, and ServiceNow
• Experience with process, architecture, or data modeling (BPMN, UML, ER modeling)
• In-depth knowledge of business processes, organizational structures, and IT or enterprise architecture
• Experience in project management and leading consulting teams
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a professional demeanor

• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and creativity
