Senior Pricing Analyst

• Develop pricing strategies and discount management approaches across different products, taking business objectives, market dynamics, and customer needs into account
• Support the deployment of targets across Pricing levers, including pricing levels, competitive positioning, and minimum margins for campaigns
• Monitor product pricing dynamics daily, identify issues, and coordinate adjustments with the team and relevant stakeholders
• Extract, structure, and present data analyses and studies to support decisions regarding products, processes, policies, and optimization initiatives
• Monitor and analyze the results of pricing actions and policies, preparing reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations
• Implement process improvements and automation within the department
• Participate in meetings as the department’s representative
• Contribute to and engage cross-functional Sales, Product, and Finance teams in Pricing projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience in payment services, fintechs, banks, or financial institutions
• Knowledge of Financial Mathematics
• Strong experience with pricing processes, customer repricing, and pricing desk operations
• Proficiency in working with data using SQL, Python, Metabase, and Databricks
• Knowledge of monitoring and implementing A/B pricing tests (a plus)
• Experience working at the interface between business and technical teams, translating between different areas and facilitating the understanding of financial aspects (a plus)
• Knowledge of Google tools, including Sheets, Slides, Calendar, and Gmail (a plus)
• Previous experience with credit products (a plus)
• Experience using AI to automate tasks (a plus)
