Lead Product Manager

• Own the roadmap across payments, identity, and marketing technology
• Manage payment funnel metrics including authorisation rates, failure taxonomy, transaction costs, fraud loss, chargebacks, and conversion friction
• Migrate customers from partner login to company-owned identity
• Serve vertical squads through contracts, documentation, self-service, and measured adoption
• Align engineering, security, fraud, finance, compliance, and marketing
• Run hypothesis-driven experimentation with minimum detectable effects, decision rules, and post-launch ship-or-kill decisions
• Design PCI scope, personal data handling, and consent into products
• Lead 3 to 6 product managers and improve their written work

• 6+ years in product management, 2+ leading PMs or owning a platform domain as its senior product voice
• Payments shipped in production, including provider integration, orchestration or routing, authentication flows, settlement, chargebacks or fraud controls, owned end to end
• Real depth in identity or marketing technology, and credible reasoning across both
• Evidence of consolidating duplicated capabilities and setting standards other teams adopted
• Technical fluency to participate in architecture reviews, read API contracts, and understand idempotency and webhook retries
• SQL proficiency and defining metrics before features
• Influence without authority
• AI-assisted working by default without shipping unexplained output
• Nice to have: payments experience in Iraq, MENA or another emerging market, including local rails, cash-heavy behaviour, telecom billing, wallet and agent networks
• Nice to have: decoupling a product from a dominant partner's authentication or distribution
• Nice to have: platform work serving several business units with separate P&Ls
• Nice to have: Arabic
