Senior Sales Manager – Commercial Real Estate

• Strategically expand relationships with existing customers and develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers
• Develop account plans and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Manage C-level stakeholders, managing directors, technical leaders, and project managers
• Generate qualified leads through industry networks
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle, from initial contact through contract signing
• Represent KUGU at trade fairs and industry events
• Build strategic partnerships
• Analyze competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to inform product development
• Help shape the sales funnel and CRM workflows

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in real estate, asset management, or PropTech, with a proven track record of success and long-term customer development
• Experience managing end-to-end sales processes, including customer meetings, presentations, executive-level contract negotiations, and complex contractual agreements
• Experience with tenders is a plus
• Strong sales mindset and customer empathy
• Ability to build and maintain robust industry networks
• Solid understanding of the commercial and industrial sectors
• Interest in IoT, SaaS, smart metering, and digital business models
• Business-fluent German (C2)
• Very good English (B2)
• Willingness to travel within Germany (approximately 30–40% of the time)
