Integration Consultant

• Gather and analyze client business and technical requirements
• Design, configure, test, and deploy integration solutions
• Translate technical requirements into integration architectures and configurations
• Support integration testing, troubleshooting, and production deployment
• Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders throughout implementation projects
• Provide technical guidance on integration patterns, data transformation, security, and authentication
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to project leadership
• Ensure integrations meet client requirements and performance expectations
• Contribute to successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Support implementation and delivery of technical integrations between enterprise systems and cloud-based business applications

• Active Workday Integration Certification is mandatory
• At least 5 years of experience delivering complex enterprise business application projects
• At least 5 years of experience with integration technologies including SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .NET, backend web development, and web services
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, data transformation, data transmission, and performance optimization
• German language proficiency suitable for client-facing communication
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with international teams
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Experience with middleware technologies such as MuleSoft, SnapLogic, SAP PI/PO, or similar platforms (nice to have)
• Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and application security (nice to have)
• Previous experience in customer-facing consulting and enterprise implementation projects (nice to have)
