Team Lead, Mobile Development – Flutter

• Lead the Flutter development team from a personnel and disciplinary perspective
• Foster the individual development and motivation of team members
• Conduct regular feedback, performance, and development discussions
• Continuously improve Flutter applications together with the team
• Establish modern development standards, technologies, and best practices
• Ensure the team’s ability to deliver
• Plan capacity, resources, and milestones with relevant stakeholders
• Take responsibility for delivery timelines and quality objectives
• Promote modern engineering practices
• Evaluate new technologies, particularly AI-powered development tools
• Continuously improve development and collaboration processes
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, developers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters
• Represent the team’s interests and promote transparent, cross-functional collaboration
• Further develop agile ways of working to create holistic product solutions

• Several years of professional experience leading software development teams, ideally in an agile environment such as Scrum
• Practical experience with Flutter development or Android/iOS development
• Strong understanding of modern app development and the underlying technologies
• Experience in resource and project planning, as well as prioritizing and managing development tasks
• Successfully completed degree in business or media informatics, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics, or a comparable field of study, or completed technical training
• Business-fluent German (at least C1 level)
• Fluent English
• Willingness to take responsibility and make confident decisions
