Operations Team Lead – Automotive Insurance

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Operations employees, both professionally and disciplinarily
• Manage and ensure achievement of service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Drive strategic employee development
• Work closely with the Head of Operations to optimize processes
• Contribute to test management
• Collaborate with our service providers
• Contribute to the continuous design and improvement of processes

• Successfully completed commercial training, preferably in the insurance industry, or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in automotive insurance
• Several years of proven leadership experience
• In-depth knowledge of policy administration or claims handling
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Analytical thinking and the ability to plan strategically
• Enthusiasm for new technologies
• Proficiency in all common IT systems and communication tools
