Commissioning Manager

• Lead the commissioning process, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and successful project delivery
• Coordinate Commissioning Agents (CxAs) and oversee the development and execution of commissioning plans and testing activities
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress, QA/QC performance, commissioning status, and KPI metrics
• Review RFIs and submittals from a commissioning perspective and support the timely resolution of issues
• Attend and monitor critical commissioning tests (Levels 2–5) to ensure systems perform in accordance with contract requirements
• Provide regular updates and management reports on commissioning progress, budget, risks, and key project milestones

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience
• 10+ years of experience in data center facility maintenance, operations, commissioning, and project management
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, and commissioning teams
• Excellent reporting, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong issue identification and resolution management skills
• Fluent in German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
