Mandatory Internship – Business Development

• Support the technical maintenance and further development of websites, including WordPress, CMS customization, and plug-in integration
• Analyze the performance of websites and social media channels using SEO and tracking data
• Conduct systematic keyword and competitor analyses and derive optimization recommendations
• Implement and evaluate tracking and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite
• Develop automated workflows for Sales and Business Development, such as CRM processes, lead routing, reporting, and follow-up automation
• Analyze sales data, identify optimization opportunities, and prepare relevant KPIs in reports and presentations
• Ensure the technical quality of content in terms of loading speed, usability, and accessibility
• Design reports and dashboards covering reach, conversions, and target audiences
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team on client projects in e-commerce, automotive, and finance

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Media Informatics, Business Information Systems, Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing Engineering, or a similar field
• Technical interest and, ideally, initial experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or CMS platforms such as WordPress
• Initial knowledge of web analytics or SEO tools is an advantage
• Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to understand and optimize technical processes
• Structured working style and ability to present complex data clearly
• Excellent written and spoken German
