Project Manager

• Manage day-to-day operations of a development team and ensure effective coordination across functions
• Own and improve operational processes within the area of responsibility
• Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and drive improvements from idea to implementation
• Work with the team and management to set priorities, goals, and ways of working
• Participate in people management, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
• Contribute to competency matrices and clear expectations for different roles within the team
• Work with budgets, invoices, and other operational processes
• Explore and implement AI and other modern tools to improve management and operational processes

• 2+ years of experience managing a development team with ownership of delivery
• Experience in GameDev is a must
• Experience working with multidisciplinary development teams
• Strong operational management and process improvement skills
• Understanding of Agile and common project management approaches
• Strong structured thinking and ability to understand cause-and-effect relationships
• High flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Experience in people and performance management
• Ability to set clear expectations and establish appropriate evaluation criteria before assessing performance
• Experience with competency frameworks, goal setting, feedback, and employee development
• Experience with budgets and invoices will be a plus
• Interest in AI and new approaches to management and operational processes
• Fluency in both English and Russian would be considered an advantage
