Freight Operations Coordinator

• Manage international freight shipments end-to-end across air, sea, road, and rail
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, and third-party logistics providers
• Maintain accurate shipment data on the digital platform
• Monitor shipment progress and address delays or disruptions
• Produce and review shipping documentation, including AWBs, CMRs, Bills of Lading, Invoices, and Packing Lists
• Communicate shipment updates and solutions to clients
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies
• Identify opportunities to optimise operational processes and supply chain efficiency
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service quality
• Provide client-operation insights to shape supply chain strategies
• Report to the US Operations Manager

• Familiarity with international trade laws, customs regulations, and freight documentation
• Ability to track shipment metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements
• Client relationship management capability
• Attention to detail and data integrity
• Experience working with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers
• Availability for the 9pm–5:00am EST night shift and potential weekend work
