E-commerce Operations Lead

• Manage Amazon and e-commerce advertising
• Update e-commerce listings
• Pull sales data into Excel spreadsheets
• Monitor inventory
• Coordinate FBA shipments
• Pull Amazon inventory data into Pilot accounting software
• Enter invoices
• Prepare month-end support packages for the CPA
• Maintain USDA/FDA compliance files
• Coordinate with 3PLs and customs brokers
• Handle cross-entity workflows
• Build and improve operational processes and SOPs

• Strong English reading, comprehension, and speaking skills
• Ability to understand detailed operational, compliance, logistics, and financial instructions
• Capability to build and improve processes (SOPs), bring proactive ideas, and eventually work independently
• High attention to detail and numerical and reconciliation skills
• Experience or proficiency with Amazon Seller Central
• Experience or proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• USB headset with noise cancellation
• Working webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps
