Clinical Specialist

• Identify educational needs and develop recommendations to enhance clinical practice in aesthetic practices
• Deliver bespoke educational journeys for healthcare professionals enrolled on Facilitation Pathways
• Support approximately 30 clinics/healthcare professionals, aligned with affiliate-level strategic needs
• Establish bespoke AMI Infinity curricula-aligned Facilitation Pathways with healthcare professionals
• Maintain reliable and timely follow-up with healthcare professionals
• Record all activity in VEEVA CRM for KPI monitoring
• Guide healthcare professionals through AA AMI Digital World educational curricula
• Support delivery of affiliate-level AMI events, including industry conferences, AMI meetings/workshops, and the MD Codes™ Mentee Program
• Engage with customers at educational events and potentially act as First Assist for faculty during live technical workshops when appropriately clinically qualified
• Support training and development of junior Clinical Specialist team members
• Assist with training and workshops within International Clinical Specialist Learner Journeys
• Provide in-field coaching and mentoring and act as a role model for best practice
• Support skills development for Clinical Specialist and wider AMI team members
• Deliver sessions during onboarding consolidation workshops when senior Clinical Specialist expertise is required
• University degree in a clinically based subject, specifically medicine, nursing, or dentistry; other patient-facing clinical roles may be accepted, e.g. physiotherapy or clinical pharmacy
• Experience within a sales or clinical specialist role within the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry, ideally in aesthetics
• Experience in facilitation, training, or coaching, including event management, preparation, and delivery of workshops and other training solutions
• Ability to drive a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license
• Fluent business English ideal but not essential
• Metrics-driven mindset with experience of tracking activity in a CRM tool
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint
• Travel 75% of the time locally, nationally, and potentially internationally, including overnight travel
• Some weekend work may be required periodically
