Senior Consultant – Digital Workplace, Microsoft 365 Copilot & AI

• Advise on AI strategies for the digital workplace: identify and assess use cases and translate them into roadmaps
• Design, develop, and implement agents with Copilot Studio, including data sources, connectors, and Power Automate
• Implement Microsoft 365 Copilot through readiness assessments, piloting, rollout, and adoption
• Establish the foundations for AI through permissions, data classification, and governance using SharePoint, Entra ID, and Microsoft Purview
• Integrate additional AI services, such as Azure OpenAI, into customer scenarios
• Plan and execute migrations to the Microsoft Cloud
• Build modern endpoint management and security with Intune, Entra ID, and Conditional Access
• Lead AI workshops and enablement sessions
• Create concepts, documentation, and decision papers
• Take technical project or sub-project leadership responsibility
• Support pre-sales activities: needs analysis, solution design, effort estimation, and customer presentations
• Transfer knowledge to customers’ IT teams and internal colleagues
• Advise customers across various industries and collaborate with IT leadership and business departments

• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 in the digital workplace
• Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and related AI services such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or the Power Platform
• Experience implementing Microsoft 365 Copilot or comparable AI projects, including governance, data protection, and adoption
• Solid knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune
• Consulting background, ideally gained at a consulting firm or IT service provider
• Experience designing, presenting, and implementing customer projects
• Enthusiasm for pre-sales: gathering requirements, outlining solutions, and presenting them convincingly
• Confident facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders up to executive-management level
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Excellent German (C1 minimum) and fluent English
• Willingness to travel for on-site customer meetings
• Certifications such as AI-102, PL-200, or MD-102
• Experience with Power Automate and Dataverse
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and RAG approaches
• Experience with Microsoft Purview and Defender XDR
• PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for automation
• Experience in an MSP or managed services environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing and the CSP ecosystem
