Senior Consultant – Digital Transformation, Data & ERP

• Contribute to consulting engagements focused on business process and information systems transformation for industrial and defense companies
• Map and analyze cross-functional flows, including procurement, production, maintenance, supply chain, and related financial efficiency
• Identify areas of friction and opportunities for optimization
• Support the scoping and documentation of ERP deployment or optimization projects, ideally involving SAP
• Produce operational deliverables, including process maps, functional requirements specifications, test plans, and executive summaries
• Perform data crunching activities, including extracting, cleaning, consolidating, and analyzing data from heterogeneous systems
• Design operational dashboards for business and IT leadership, ideally using Power BI
• Contribute to data quality and governance initiatives in industrial transformation contexts
• Foster a data-driven mindset among business stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of commercial proposals and the documentation and reuse of methodologies
• Participate in the firm’s Data and ERP communities of expertise

• Master’s degree from a leading engineering or business school required
• A combination of technical and management skills, or a specialization in information systems/ERP, is an advantage
• 2 to 4 years of experience in transformation consulting, ERP integration, or an industrial environment
• Experience with at least one cross-functional industrial process, such as procurement, production, maintenance, or finance
• Initial experience with ERP systems/SAP is highly valued
• Experience designing dashboards and data visualizations
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and light modeling
• Functional knowledge of an ERP module, preferably SAP, is an advantage
• Interest in AI tools applied to industrial data is a plus
• Basic SQL knowledge is highly valued
• Strong analytical rigor and a passion for solving concrete operational problems
• Comfortable interacting with business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively on multisite engagements and manage multiple topics simultaneously
