SAP Business One® Application Developer

• Develop innovative software solutions and custom extensions for SAP Business One
• Design, develop, and implement add-ons, interfaces, and applications for customer and product environments
• Analyze business processes and develop efficient, future-oriented solutions for digitalization and automation
• Optimize and extend existing applications with regard to performance, usability, and maintainability
• Integrate external systems, platforms, and web services into customers’ SAP Business One environments
• Actively contribute to customer projects, from technical design through successful go-live
• Work closely with customers, consultants, and project managers to translate business requirements into software solutions
• Document development work and ensure quality through structured development and testing procedures
• Evaluate new technologies and support the ongoing development of development standards
• Explore AI, automation, and intelligent assistant systems and integrate them into customer and product solutions

• Completed vocational training in IT, a degree in Computer Science or Business Information Systems, or an equivalent qualification
• Solid knowledge of C#, .NET, and SQL
• Experience developing business applications and database solutions
• Knowledge of ERP systems; SAP Business One experience is highly desirable
• Initial experience with AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), Copilot solutions, prompt engineering, or machine learning applications is desirable
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
• High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm for developing high-quality software solutions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary project teams
• Good German language skills and basic English skills
