Airbnb Operations Manager

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• List and optimize properties: photos, descriptions, and SEO
• Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue
• Manage bookings and guest relations: messaging, check-ins, and disputes
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
• Prospect for new property owners wishing to outsource the management of their properties
• Manage operations in real time via the ALB platform
• Potentially recruit City Managers through referrals and earn a commission on their activity
