Logistics Process Assistant

• Customer service and issuance of transportation orders for household moves
• Follow-up and monitoring of transportation order execution
• Reviewing, processing, and adjusting freight billing documents
• Processing invoices held due to financial, accounting, or tax discrepancies
• Monitoring transportation requests

• Education: High school diploma or technical qualification
• Experience in analysis and customer service processes
• Solid knowledge of freight transportation logistics processes
• Knowledge of held invoice processing
• Knowledge of data extraction from SAP/R3 using queries
• Knowledge of accounts payable and tax routines in SAP/R3
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is desirable
