Indonesian Psychology, AI Evaluation Specialist – PhD

• Analyze and assess psychological case studies, documentation, and scenarios, providing expert feedback and insights
• Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Indonesian and English
• Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with psychological best practices
• Review psychological concepts across Indonesian and English to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide psychology-focused perspectives and recommendations
• Document evaluation processes, findings, and reasoning clearly and systematically
• Identify cultural or linguistic nuances that may influence the interpretation of psychological content
• Provide insights that help improve AI systems' understanding and generation of psychology-related content

• PhD in Psychology or a closely related psychology discipline
• Demonstrated experience in clinical, academic, research, or applied psychology
• Native or near-native Indonesian proficiency
• Strong English proficiency, including the ability to communicate complex psychological terminology accurately
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Experience developing, reviewing, or evaluating psychological case studies, assessments, or research materials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ethical judgment and cultural sensitivity
