Senior Agentic AI Developer

• Design, build, and operate intelligent workflows and conversational agents at scale.
• Design and build conversational solutions, custom copilots, and agentic workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and custom Python architectures.
• Connect AI agents and automated workflows with enterprise data ecosystems, specifically Snowflake and SharePoint.
• Architect and operate resilient, large-scale cloud infrastructures on Azure.
• Manage deployments through CI/CD pipelines using YAML and GitOps patterns.
• Develop monitoring, logging, and auditing strategies using Splunk to track agent performance, latency, and operational bottlenecks.
• Use Cursor IDE and GitHub Copilot to accelerate coding, improve code quality, and establish team best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams and provide technical direction.
• Participate in client discussions and recommend emerging AI technologies.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of mission-critical AI solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Automation roles with demonstrated impact at an enterprise scale.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing with Python, building robust backend services, APIs, and data integrations.
• 2+ years of experience designing and deploying solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents and Power Automate.
• Proven experience building agentic workflows or AI pipelines, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into business processes.
• Solid cloud expertise, strongly focused on Azure; AWS is a plus.
• Experience integrating applications or agents with Snowflake.
• Proven background in building high-volume logging and monitoring ecosystems, such as Splunk, multi-region ingestion, and automated reporting.
• Daily active user of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor IDE, and ChatGPT.
• Bilingual English.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, pipelines, repos, artifacts, and YAML is nice to have.
• Familiarity with modern AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and AutoGen is nice to have.
• Experience with SharePoint integrations, reusable modules, and reproducible infrastructure standards is nice to have.
