Forward AI Deployment Engineer

• Embed directly with the client's operational team to identify workflows costing time, quality, or money
• Own workflow redesign end to end, including decision flows, handoffs around AI, and production deployment
• Translate cross-functional business problems into executable technical plans
• Rapidly prototype solutions and build the production components required by the redesigned workflow
• Build agentic systems, RAG pipelines, or custom data pipelines when required by the workflow
• Manage stakeholder alignment across the client's organization and escalate blockers early
• Pair with the client's team, explain design decisions, and enable them to operate and improve the system
• Establish telemetry, evaluation pipelines, and human-in-the-loop review to create continuous feedback and improvement

• Proven experience taking AI systems from prototype to production inside a real operating environment, not just in a lab or sandbox
• Strong and current hands-on ability with LLM/RAG architectures, agentic systems, cloud platforms, and data pipelines
• Comfort mapping partly undocumented decision logic and judgment about where automation should stop and human accountability should start
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to advise a client directly and escalate without being asked
• BFSI domain experience is a must-have
• Proven commercial experience delivering solutions for Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance
• Understanding of BFSI business processes and operational challenges
• Experience implementing technology solutions tailored to the BFSI domain
