Senior Project Manager

• Lead delivery of complex, high-value client engagements across multiple workstreams
• Serve as senior delivery lead for accounts, owning client satisfaction, commercial performance, delivery quality, and team development
• Translate client objectives into structured, measurable programmes
• Establish governance, delivery cadences, RAID management, and reporting
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, quality, budgets, and overall programme health
• Own account P&L, including budget forecasting, margin management, revenue recognition, and change requests
• Act as primary delivery contact for clients and build relationships with senior stakeholders
• Lead and coordinate globally distributed delivery teams
• Coach and develop Project Managers and junior team members
• Provide delivery input into RFPs, proposals, and pitches and identify account growth opportunities
• Use AI tools, dashboards, and project data to improve reporting, efficiency, and decision-making
• Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, governance, and ways of working
