Support Agent – Korean/English

• Handle user inquiries in English and Korean via helpdesk tools
• Resolve account-related, technical, and app-specific questions
• Investigate technical issues and find solutions enabling players to continue using gaming offers
• Manage complex support workflows and prioritize tasks to meet response-time goals
• Collaborate with support agents based in the Philippines and Germany-based internal customer support teams
• Maintain a consistent, high-standard support experience for millions of players worldwide
• Identify recurring bugs and user pain points
• Share product feedback and insights with the team to improve the product

• Previous experience in customer support or a professional background demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and situational awareness
• Native or near-native proficiency in Korean, written and spoken
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ability to handle support tickets in both Korean and English
• Genuine interest in technical support environments and the mobile gaming industry
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with ability to manage tasks independently
• Must be based in Metro Manila
• Full-time availability, 40 hours per week, Monday–Sunday, on a rotating shift roster
• Ability to work rotating night shifts to support 24/7 coverage
• Overtime may be required based on business needs
• Public holiday work may be required as needed
• TOPIK level 5 or higher for non-native Korean speakers (nice to have)
• Familiarity with helpdesk software such as Zendesk (nice to have)
• Experience in mobile gaming and player support (nice to have)
• Experience in community management and/or app store review management (nice to have)
• Experience writing support content, such as macros and Help Center articles (nice to have)
