NetSuite Delivery Manager

• Oversee successful delivery of a portfolio of NetSuite implementation, optimization, integration, and managed services engagements
• Establish project governance, delivery standards, and quality controls
• Monitor project health, risks, budgets, scope, timelines, and resource allocation
• Ensure consultants follow established implementation methodologies and delivery processes
• Lead escalation management and coordinate recovery plans when project risks arise
• Serve as an executive-level point of contact for strategic clients
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders
• Conduct executive steering committee meetings and project status reviews
• Manage customer expectations regarding scope, timelines, and outcomes
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with sales on account growth initiatives
• Manage consulting utilization, capacity planning, staffing forecasts, and resource assignments
• Oversee project profitability, budgets, burn rates, revenue forecasts, time entry compliance, billing readiness, change orders, and scope expansion
• Lead, mentor, and coach NetSuite consultants, project managers, and delivery leads
• Support onboarding, development, performance discussions, and career planning
• Establish best practices, reusable assets, and delivery playbooks
• Review project deliverables and support deployment readiness, go-live, and hypercare planning
• Monitor customer satisfaction and project success metrics
• Oversee managed services delivery and support operations, including SLA compliance, responsiveness, and priority escalations
• Partner with Customer Success teams on long-term client roadmaps

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in NetSuite implementation, ERP consulting, or enterprise systems delivery
• 3+ years of experience in delivery management or consulting leadership, overseeing multiple client projects
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP implementation, optimization, integrations, and managed services
• Proven experience managing project budgets, profitability, resource utilization, forecasting, and delivery performance
• Demonstrated ability to manage executive-level client relationships, project escalations, and stakeholder expectations
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing consulting teams
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, quality assurance, and SLA compliance
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• NetSuite certifications, such as SuiteFoundation or ERP Consultant
• Experience working in a NetSuite consulting partner or professional services environment
• Experience with project management, resource planning, and professional services automation (PSA) tools
• Experience supporting international clients and identifying account growth opportunities
