Trainee IT Trainer/Instructor for IT Specialists in System Integration

• Participate in a 12-month trainee program preparing you for a career as an IT trainer.
• Receive professional and methodological-didactic support from experienced colleagues.
• Deliver IT training on learning fields based on the IHK framework curriculum, with a focus on IT Specialist for System Integration training.
• Teach topics including IT workstation equipment, server and client operating systems, networking, virtualization, cloud computing, administration automation, IT security, data protection, and data security.
• Proactively contribute to the development of IT retraining programs.
• Obtain the IHK trainer qualification and participate in online trainer development training.

• Reliable and team-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and an enthusiasm for presenting.
• Strong affinity for and enthusiasm about IT topics.
• Technical background in system integration, for example as an IT Specialist for System Integration, through comparable vocational training, IT further training or certifications, a technical degree, or relevant professional experience.
• Very good command of German, at least C1 level.
