Sustainability Account Associate – Junior Level

• Manage and support customers in the post-sales phase
• Analyze individual customer data and further develop processes
• Build technical expertise in sustainability and deliver project content to customers
• Onboard new customers to the software
• Support customers as the point of contact for questions and issues related to product usage
• Provide customers with technical advice on sustainability
• Interpret sustainability KPIs and software content for customers
• Support customers in making decisions about the optimal use of tools and services
• Act as an internal liaison between sales teams, the sustainability function, and software engineers
• Develop and manage tools for monitoring customer activities and responding to the results
• Communicate with customers primarily in German; the primary internal working language is English

• At least one year of experience in a similar role
• Professional experience with at least one of the following: GHG Protocol, GRI, DNK, or EcoVadis
• Native-level German proficiency
• Independent, customer-focused approach to work
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Motivation to independently learn new sustainability topics
• Business-fluent English
• Experience with the GHG Protocol is a plus
