Community Manager, French Speaking

• Gain a deep understanding of the market to identify user and local moderator challenges and opportunities
• Iterate, innovate, and scale the consumer growth playbook
• Recognize opportunities, suggest bold ideas and programs, and persuade internal teams to align on plans
• Build strategic plans to cultivate, recruit, educate, and grow local moderator communities
• Implement a conversion funnel to onboard power users and external creators as active moderators
• Communicate quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize the international consumer growth playbook
• Analyze data, set KPIs, and execute impactful community initiatives
• Use data to uncover community and moderator insights influencing the local team’s direction
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Community, Engineering, Marketing, Safety, and BD teams

• Contract engagement open to candidates based in the UK or Ireland
• 5+ years of community development, project management, growth, operations, or product consulting experience
• Track record of community-led projects that have driven business impact
• Deep knowledge and understanding of French culture, including current events, politics, customs, traditions, language, topics of interest, and taboos
• Nuanced comprehension of France’s digital landscape and internet culture
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, local users, moderators, partners, content creators, and influencers
• Outstanding execution and high attention to detail
• Deep interest in developing and driving projects, framing issues, seeking solutions, testing hypotheses, and iterating on process improvements
• Proficiency in French and English
