Senior Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll Analyst

• Provide day-to-day systems support for Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll and Recruiting modules
• Assist with enhancement and bug-fix tickets, including report fixes, interface modifications, configuration changes, new feature implementation, and security role changes
• Collaborate with Oracle support on bug fixes and technical issues
• Record, report, resolve, and help prevent business incidents involving Oracle Cloud HCM
• Assist with impact assessment, analysis, and regression testing for quarterly releases
• Perform proof of concept, validation, testing, and UAT for new quarterly-release features
• Work with business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend application enhancements and solutions
• Translate high-level requirements into functional specifications
• Maintain documentation of enhancements and configuration changes
• Train users on new functionality and create user training materials
• Work with implementation and managed services partners to understand and transfer knowledge of third-party work
• Report to the Sr. Manager, Corporate Business Systems
• Assist in developing a roadmap for process improvements and enhancement opportunities for the Cloud HCM platform

• Minimum of seven years hands on experience with Oracle HCM configuration and/or implementation
• Technical and functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, Payroll, Time & Absence and Recruiting modules
• Oracle HCM development experience including SQL, PL/SQL, Reports, and Shell scripting
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM databases and strong SQL skills
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Common features and native tools
• Experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Reporting functions including BI Publisher and OTBI Reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability and willingness to learn Oracle Cloud infrastructure tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Preferred: experience implementing HCM, Payroll, Time and Absence, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud features in a global environment
• Preferred: experience with Oracle Integration Cloud
• Preferred: experience with HDL, BIP Reports, OTBI and HCM Extracts
