Financial Controller

• Supervise the financial operations of selected foreign subsidiaries
• Maintain daily contact with local finance staff and external accounting offices
• Provide financial support and guidance to business managers
• Oversee subsidiary financial processes, including financial data, operating reporting and processing systems
• Manage accounts receivable and evaluate credit risk
• Control and forecast cash flow and oversee payment management
• Prepare financial data for consolidation in financial reporting and management
• Assist in developing and implementing procedures and systems supporting financial and accounting processes within the Capital Group
• Prepare financial analyses, reports and forecasts
• Collaborate with the central finance team, business departments, profit center managers and the Board of Directors
• Lead, mentor and direct a small team

• University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance, controlling or auditing
• Proficiency in accounting and corporate finance
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets
• Excellent knowledge of financial reporting principles
• Proficient in English
• Familiarity with IFRS
• Working knowledge of tax law preferred
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
• Initiative, meticulousness, attention to detail and logical thinking desired
