Senior Manager, Wealth

• Develop and refine a differentiated HNW Wealth Strategy for the Asia Pacific region aligned with Allianz Group's global ambitions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments
• Identify growth opportunities and translate market insights into strategic initiatives
• Drive the design and evolution of the HNW product portfolio
• Ensure product and service quality across markets
• Collaborate with underwriting and reinsurance teams on risk appetite and pricing strategies
• Build and lead cross-functional collaboration across product, distribution, underwriting, reinsurance, operations, and compliance
• Manage external relationships with distribution partners, reinsurers, and service providers
• Partner with regional distribution to drive sales performance and market penetration
• Advise and provide thought leadership on HNW Wealth matters across the region
• Engage and influence C-suite executives and senior leaders at partner organizations
• Foster innovation, agility, and client-centricity within the Wealth function

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in the HNW / Wealth segment within the life insurance or wealth management industry
• Deep understanding of HNW customer needs, distribution ecosystems (bancassurance, brokers, IFAs), and product structures (universal life, whole life, investment-linked, legacy planning)
• Proven track record of developing and executing Wealth strategies in Asia Pacific markets
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management or revenue accountability
• Exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to engage, influence, and navigate complex conversations with distribution partners and C-suite executives across diverse markets
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into execution
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with bias for action, creativity, and initiative
• Strong analytical skills, including AI skills, Copilot, and ChatGPT, and comfort working with data
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) or professional certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC, FLMI) preferred
• Additional Asian language proficiency is a plus
