Solutions Analyst – Product Owner

• Serve as a Product Owner on agile projects, responsible for the conception of innovative products and solutions
• Collaborate with the architecture team to translate business requirements into Epics and User Stories
• Guide teams and remove obstacles to ensure successful project execution
• Lead problem-solving and the continuous improvement of solutions
• Identify stakeholders and motivate working groups
• Work with development teams to ensure they understand the product or project vision
• Develop detailed product or project specifications
• Define acceptance criteria for user stories and clarify team questions
• Identify gaps and feature overlaps with other Solutions Analysts
• Manage internal product and project documentation
• Ensure deliverables are visible, clear, and transparent
• Study regulations, gather requirements, and prepare technical documentation
• Prepare reports and deliver internal and external presentations
• Provide Level 3 support to cooperatives regarding the solutions and products under your responsibility
• Maintain knowledge of product and process features, rules, objectives, and positioning
• Deliver high-value products and processes for the business

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Strong communication skills and a systems perspective
• Experience in requirements analysis
• Experience in business process mapping and modeling
• Experience with traditional project management methodologies (PMI) and/or agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
• Experience with financial products
• Knowledge of technical and financial feasibility concepts
