Treasury Operations and Reconciliations Manager

• Run daily settlement and reconciliation operations across SEPA, instant payments, cards and international transfers
• Fund payment channels and operational buffers around the clock
• Help launch new payment schemes and settlement models safely
• Reconcile banks, card schemes, payment processors and custodians
• Maintain client-money safeguarding and accurate regulatory and scheme reporting
• Design funds flows for new products, markets and partners, including accounts, postings, safeguarding, reconciliation and failure handling
• Act as escalation point for payment incidents and build cross-team resolution processes
• Document operations, remove single points of failure and automate manual work with engineering teams
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on money flows before product launches
• Run treasury operations independently of capital, policy, investment and trade-execution decisions handled by the Head of Treasury

• Experience in treasury operations, payment operations or reconciliation at an e-money institution, payment institution or bank
• Hands-on knowledge of payment rails such as SEPA, SWIFT and card schemes
• Experience turning manual, person-dependent work into documented, automated processes with engineers
• Experience handling money-impacting payment incidents from first alert to resolution
• Experience designing or rebuilding money flows for new products or payment rails, including accounts, postings, safeguarding treatment and reconciliation
• Understanding of segregation of duties and audit readiness
• Ability to explain complex money flows simply
• Fluent English
