• Acquire and develop your own clients
• Prepare forecasts and monitor KPIs
• Manage leads in the CRM

• At least 3 years of demonstrable success in marketing, sales, or customer service, ideally in a leadership role
• Practical experience with AI-powered tools and process automation
• Fluent German, both written and spoken
• Good command of English
