Sales Executive

• Acquire new customers and engage directly with prospective end customers and future partners
• Manage inquiries from initial qualification and follow-up through successful project completion
• Provide expert product and plan advice for WordPress projects
• Proactively identify and acquire strategic partners and new multiplier segments
• Conduct cold calls and build a qualified network
• Take active ownership of and manage the lead pipeline
• Determine project requirements and match them with suitable offers from WordPress partners
• Continuously analyze and improve inbound and outbound sales processes
• Support cross-departmental communication

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, including inbound and outbound sales
• Demonstrated success in outbound acquisition
• A personable sales style focused on building rapport and trust
• Strong technical understanding
• Excellent telephone consulting skills
• Ability to empathize with end customers, strategic partners, and their needs
• Ideally, experience in the German WordPress ecosystem or in hosting/SaaS sales
• Confident and professional communication skills in German and English
