Senior Product Manager, AI Platform – Ecosystem

• Lead product direction for Wrike’s AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills, and GraphQL
• Own strategy and roadmap for Wrike’s agent-facing platform
• Lead the core MCP team and define how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike
• Define MCP standards and enable other Wrike teams to create high-quality domain tools
• Lead discovery and creation of Skills for effective agent and AI assistant use
• Set product direction for GraphQL and related tools to improve Wrike Core coverage and usefulness
• Own publishing, maintenance, and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across AI marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Microsoft
• Establish MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation, and developer experience practices
• Work with customers, partners, and internal teams to identify high-value agent workflows using feedback and usage data
• Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions
• Collaborate with MCP and GraphQL engineering, Architecture, Security, customer-facing, and product teams
• Shape a scalable MCP and Skills ecosystem, useful GraphQL capabilities, and a high-quality marketplace plugin experience
• Turn customer needs, ecosystem signals, and technical constraints into a focused roadmap

• 5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software
• Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively
• Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience
• GraphQL experience and an understanding of structured product data is a major advantage
• Ability to use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders
• Proactive and can-do approach; ownership, problem-solving, and adaptability
• Remote across the European Union, with a preference for Prague, Czech Republic and Cyprus
