Senior Business Analyst – Capital Markets

• Lead requirements-gathering and analysis sessions with business teams
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and detailed documentation
• Create process flows and support solution definition
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Support solution testing and validation activities, including UAT
• Participate in initiatives related to Market Data and data governance
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and data quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic projects
• Work on technology transformation projects for an international financial institution

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) for communication in an international environment
• Experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services or Capital Markets
