Staff Frontend Software Engineer

• Develop and enhance key features for Web applications.
• Work with engineers and technical leaders across the company to ship products on strong foundations.
• Build high-quality end-to-end product experiences for platforms.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
• Develop and lead the team against short-term and long-term roadmaps.
• Make tradeoffs considering business priorities, user experience, and a sustainable technical foundation.
• Identify, scope, and lead large technical projects.
• Lay groundwork for early-stage products to evolve and scale.
• Reduce complexity and improve reliability of existing systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to React.
• Deep understanding of React principles and patterns, including but not limited to compound, presentational and HOC patterns.
• Experience in implementing caching strategies or asynchronous state management for high data load applications.
• Strong knowledge in web performance optimization and cross-platform compatibility.
• Experience working across engineering teams and other functions in building alignment, driving decision making, and communicating transparently.
• Experience mentoring and helping in the development of engineers and peers.
