Analytics and Pricing Expert – Insurance

• Price and shape offers with sales teams for large corporates and public institutions
• Act as a trusted technical advisor in client meetings
• Design insurance products that fit member needs and regulation
• Support account managers in renewing strategic clients, including indexation and loss-ratio conversations
• Build winning products and pricing strategies to unlock new segments
• Provide insurance expertise to help sign major customers in Belgium, including public tenders
• Strengthen competitiveness through coverage and price trade-offs
• Work with engineers to build tools for tailored insurance offers at scale
• Participate in a global insurance community, contributing to organisational impact, hiring and training across multiple countries

• 3+ years of experience in an actuarial, pricing or underwriting role, ideally in health, hospitalisation or group insurance
• Fluent in English and Dutch
• French is a strong plus
• Scientific background in actuarial sciences, statistics, mathematics or data science
• Analytical, structured and fact-based approach to work
• Comfortable navigating technical, data, legal and business questions with clients and internal teams
• Able to bring technical expertise into a business-centric context and work comfortably with ambiguity
• Builder mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve and scale processes and tools
• Clear, structured and concise communication in English, written and spoken
• Willingness to change the insurance industry and challenge the status quo
• Based in Belgium
• Legally able to work from Belgium for any employer
